I set out to create a care service which specializes in Live In Care as when I started most of the agencies around at that time provided, hourly care and night service.
My Vision was to provide reliable care at a cost you could afford and would alllow you or your loved ones “Mum & Dad” to remain in their own home until the end. I started because my own Mother was elderly and had told me she would rather die than go into a home. I knew this was her greatest fear and I was not going to let that happen.
Personally, I would want to be in my home surrounded by all that is familiar  (A lifetime of memories) wouldn’t you?
I have been running various types of businesses prior to Casa Carers in various countries like the U.K. Singapore and Malaysia, recruitment was always a part of buiness and I have over 30 years experience in this area. When I first came to Ireland I started a recruitment business and brought many Filipino ladies into Ireland as Nannies and Carers.
 I still offer this “One OFF Payment” recruitment under Home Help Recruitment.
 I am also a fully certified trainer and a therapist, I have developed my own specialized training courses specifically for Live in Carers and it covers all aspects of care including understanding Alzheimers and Dementia.

I aim to provide a helpful, friendly and professional service which specializes in continuous care with the same caregiver. The caregiver is carefully and individually selected, vetted, comprehensively trained and certified by me.
I keep in touch with my clients and caregivers to ensure continuous improvements based on  regular feedback.
Having an elderly Mum and being years in this business, I fully understand the particular needs and challenges faced by our elderly loved ones i.e. reduced mobility, chronic health problems, fear of falling, mental confusion and a fear of change. This in particular applies to Alzheimer’s sufferers whom have been shown to thrive in continuity of care.
I have dealt with Feuding and Dysfunctional familes as a therapist, so nothing is new to me. I treat everyone with the same care and respect I would like to receive myself, because we are all human and no family is perfect and there will always be sibling rivalry, and tensions. Therefore my aim is to mediate and work for the common good keeping our priority in full focus the person who needs the care.
