We Directly Employ All of Our Carers
We have strict recruitment procedures and comprehensive training for all our staff. This means you have a “hassle free” service. We assume all employer responsibilities i.e. Payroll, PAYE, PRSI, P.60’s, Liability Insurance and Holiday Pay. We also provide replacement cover for your carer when your carer is on holiday.

We do regular checks on the quality of care being provided particularly for more vulnerable clients with little or no family involvement. To ensure a quality service we will send you questionnaires from time to time. Your feedback enables us to improve our service to you as appropriate.

We assist social workers, hospitals and geriatric agencies to provide carers for their long term hospitalised patients thus enabling them to return to the comfort of their own homes.

When you choose CASA CARERS you can be guaranteed you will never be left without a carer. Breaks/holidays for our carers are scheduled well in advance. A suitable carer will be appointed and a handover will be arranged to minimize any stress to the client together with a full Care Plan. This ensures the replacement is seamless and routines are maintained.

We Provide Continuity of Care
You are assigned a primary caregiver who is very carefully selected based on the information given by you on the client’s needs, personality and preferences. We understand change is always stressful and endeavour to keep this to a minimum by providing one or two long term carers.

Our Training and Backup Support
We have a highly qualified and skilled management team with a consultant physiotherapist who specializes in geriatric care.

Our carers are carefully selected and vetted and are carers we would place with our own elderly loved ones.

We work hard to get the perfect match for you based on the information provided on our application form.

We have an emergency line which is manned 24/7 365 days of the year.

We take every aspect of our business very seriously and have designed an extensive training programme for all our carers.
